How to request deletion
To delete your Stellarly information and all associated data, email: privacy@stellarly.app
Please send your request from the email address associated with your Stellarly account, or include enough information for us to locate your account.
What gets deleted
- Your Stellarly account information
- Your birth information
- Any profile or account identifiers linked to you
Once your data is deleted, your profile will no longer exist and cannot be recovered.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Stellarly account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple. You must cancel your subscription through your devices app store on your phone to stop future billing.
How long it takes
We will process deletion requests within 30 days. In many cases, it happens sooner.
Legal & security exceptions
We may retain limited information if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Any retained data will be restricted and not used for normal app operations.
