Step 1 — Delete data from your device
The fastest and most complete way to delete your Stellarly data is to delete the app from your iPhone. This immediately and permanently removes:
- Your birth details (date, time, and location)
- Your full birth chart
- Your entire chat history
- All app preferences and settings
To delete the app: long-press the Stellarly icon on your home screen → tap Remove App → tap Delete App.
Step 2 — Request server-side record removal (optional)
Stellarly does not store your personal data on our servers. However, you can request help by emailing: privacy@stellarly.app
Please include a description of your request and any relevant details.
What gets removed
- On-device data: deleted immediately when you delete the app
- Crash logs and diagnostics: retained briefly for stability purposes, then purged
- AI provider processing: subject to Anthropic's data retention policies
- Analytics: aggregated and anonymized — not linked to you personally
Subscriptions
Deleting the app or requesting data removal does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to stop future billing.
How long it takes
On-device deletion is immediate.
Legal & security exceptions
We may retain limited information if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Any retained data will be restricted and not used for normal app operations.
