"Stellarly" is a product and service operated by Marque Concours Group LLC, doing business as Marque Digital Group ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stellarly mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  • Astrology is used symbolically for personal reflection. Wellness refers to reflection, self-awareness, and everyday well-being.

1) Eligibility

Stellarly is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the minimum age required in your location). By downloading or using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the app.

Stellarly does not knowingly permit use by children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will take steps to address this consistent with applicable law, which may include removing access to the Services.

2) The Stellarly experience

Stellarly provides astrology* based reflections intended to support wellness and self-reflection. You acknowledge and agree that astrology is not a science and that the Services are offered for informational and personal reflection purposes only. Stellarly does not provide medical, mental health, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice, and the Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, predict, or influence outcomes. Any decisions you make based on the Services are your sole responsibility.

By using Stellarly you also represent that:

  • You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
  • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • If using on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

System requirements

Stellarly is an iOS application. To use the Services you need:

  • An iPhone running iOS 26 or later
  • An active internet connection (required for AI responses and initial setup)
  • Sufficient device storage for the app and local data
  • An iCloud account (required to access AI features, which are powered by a secure key stored in Apple's CloudKit service)

Stellarly is not available on Android, web browsers, or other platforms at this time.

We may update system requirements as the app evolves. Continued use of the Services after a system requirement change constitutes your acceptance of the updated requirements.

3) Not medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice

Stellarly is not a medical device or healthcare provider, and it does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for decisions involving health, safety, legal rights, or finances.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal activity, harm, harassment, hate, or threats.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or systems.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, modify, or interfere with the Services except as permitted by law.
  • Upload or transmit malware, exploit code, or anything that could harm the Services or other users.
  • Misuse the Services in a way that could degrade performance, stability, or security.

5) No accounts required

Stellarly does not require you to create an account. There are no login credentials, passwords, or user profiles stored on our servers. All your personal information — including your birth details and chat history — is stored locally on your device only. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the app.

6) Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations

Stellarly offers paid subscriptions processed entirely through Apple. Payment, billing, and refunds are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID settings before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.
  • Price changes: Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.

7) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store information, including use of AI providers to generate responses. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it.

8) User content and ownership

You may provide content through the Services (for example, birth information and chat messages) ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Stellarly a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your User Content to operate and provide the Services (including generating responses, troubleshooting, and improving reliability), consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9) Intellectual property

The Services, including the app design, logos, text, visual elements, software, and trademarks, are owned by Stellarly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content except as expressly permitted.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the Services, or created risk or harm to others or to Stellarly.

You may request deletion of your local data and any associated records as described here: Delete Account.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

12) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STELLARLY (OPERATED BY MARQUE CONCOURS GROUP LLC) AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF STELLARLY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stellarly, Marque Concours Group LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or by updating the effective date above. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.

15) Governing law and venue (United States)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
